Cupcake Basket

This little cupcake box is a Freebie from Adela of Creations by AR & it’s the Tuesday 3D challenge over at Paper Craft Planet!

I love how Adela cut the template for a fun closure at the top.

I resized the template to make it a bit smaller to hold a wee treat!  Use some double sided paper mix for a bit of variety.

Thanks, Adela for the template!!!
Be sure to check out the 3D80 Album for more fun takes on this template.

Spooky Treat Bag

Had to give this cute idea from Adela a try. Paper Craft Planet’s 3D Tuesday Challenge group, 3d79 is a Halloween treat bag.
Love this idea. You could easily make up a bunch for a classroom OR a handful for those extra special tricker-treat’rs.

The thing I really loved about this little treat bag is the way it secures shut, by the chimney …

The Windows were freebie SVG’s from Kristina Werner.

The trees, although I drew up in Illustrator & converted to an SVG, was an idea I originally saw over at svgcuts.

Be sure to check out other fun interpretations over at Paper Craft Planet.

File Folder Twist

Paper Craft Planet’s 3D challenge this week comes from Susanna Boyd, with 3D78 File Folder Tag Book.  There is a step by step guide over at Kristina Werner’s Blog.   However if you are using a longer file folder like I did, just score evenly so that it folds together nicely.

Yes, I know this isn’t a Tag book, rather it’s another attempt at organization!  It holds coupons & here are my most reached for coupons …

Label 1: Dairy

Label 2: Breads & Cereals

Label 3: Cleaning Products

Label 4: Other

That’s it!  Be sure to check out other fun interpretations of the File Folder Tag book over at Paper Craft Planet.

Framed Box

This week’s 3D challenge over at Paper Craft Planet, 3d77 is a Framed Box, with an easy to follow template from the very clever Adela, of Creations by AR!

The frame part is really cute, in that you could slide a photo or a note into the front pocket, which is separate from the box!

I used Blue Awning K & Company Paper, Treat Your Self Stamp Set from Stampin’ Up!  Always Artichoke, Pacific Point, Apricot Appeal Ink, Tim Holtz Stamp Set:  Regal Flourish.

Good for a treat for a little gift.  Be sure to check out the template & the other fun takes on this template.

Hard Knock Life

So, I’m pretty sure I’m past the deadline, but it’s Thursday here & here’s my go with Cinema Saturday Creative Challenge #93, Annie.  Such fun songs in that musical & this was my favourite song of the movie.  It’s drawn up in illustrator using Clarendon Type.  Quick & simple & great for a friend who’s having a rough day.

Just had to have some quick fun with this challenge because, when I was about my DD’s age, Annie was the big musical.  Here is an ancient photo of in a ballet adaptation of Annie. LOL.  I love musicals!
