Traveler’s Journey
I was very excited when Tina mentioned she was starting a Traveler’s Inspiration Challenge, where folks to share their photos (see details here) & their crafts–all & any creations. How FUN! Especially for the summer!
The first challenge comes from these gorgeous shoes from Tina. Man, she & her DH take AMAZING photos, especially with portraits, capturing their moments in time.
I went with some Grunge Board from Tim Holtz & some beads from my kids
craft collection. I used Tombo Glue directly onto the grunge board, then beads, then added Glossy Accents over top to secure the beads. Except for the drying time of the glue (it’s MOSTLY DRY here), this was a fast card to make.
Used: Tim Holtz Grunge Board, EK Success Edge Punch, Tim Holtz stampersanonymous clear stamps, Versafine Black Ink, White CS, Tombo Multi Glue, Glossy Accents Ranger Glue.

Fun, cool card! What a fun technique too! I’m gonna have to try that :0)
I am so in love with this! Wowza, girl! I made Jack come over to see it and he was totally impressed too! Thank you so much for playing along with us! I had no idea how much fun it would be to see my personal photo become all these lovely cards. My heart is just bursting with pride!
Big hugs!
What a pretty card! I love the little beads, it reminds me of the shoes. Great job!
Stunning card Amy!! I love how you have captured the feeling of that swirly, bead covered piece so perfectly with the sentiment you have chosen. I really feel inspired by this.
Have a lovely weekend,
Sam.
