This is a “tooooFUR”. The first if for the 3D Tuesday Challenge, candle gift box, 3d29, & the second is for the 50th Cinema Saturday Creative Challenge, “Pretty Woman”. There is some major blog candy for the Cinema challenge, so get your creative juices going & in by Thursday evening.

For this challenge, I went with the romantic ending … hope that doesn’t spoil it for people, but common, ya gotta know it’s a happy ending.

Here’s my creation.

I didn’t use a template, for this, just an 8×11″ CS & eyeballed for the candle holders & well that’s it.  The Circles are small enough so the candle holders are suspended in them.  (a bit bigger than the SU 1 3/4″ punch–I used the Creative Memories Blue cutter with the mid size circle).  It’s about 7 3/4″ wide x 2 1/2″ deep x 1″ height (well okay 4 1/2″ high if you count the back).

Used:  PP from Karen Avery called Rosebuds & Blooms, Kraft CS, Tender Toile SU Stamp Set, Kiwi Kiss Ink, Creative Memories Circle Cutter (Blue with Mid size Circle), adhesive pearls, Candles & Tea light Holders, Nestabilities (Oval & Scalloped Oval), & Dimensionals.

To follow up the 3dChallenge/Cinema Challenge, I had another candle that was a challenge from PaperCraftPlanet’s 3D Tuesday … well this was LAST Tuesday’s challenge, but with vacations I’m just getting around to posting it.

For that Tuesday 3D Challenge, “3D28, I Burn for You” I used the wonderful video tutorial that Susanna made up to decorate a candle with Tissue Paper & Wax Paper. Thanks for the fun.

I had a left over pink candle from Advent, I think, & I used some pink tissue paper & that melted right into it. I must admit, I had a bugger of a time with the wax paper on the long candle, but it did go (very carefully as not to burn my fingers)

I guess I’m in a Pink stage right now.  Here it is:

Used:  K & Company Matte Pack, Autumn Days SU Stamp Set, Corner Rounder, Stazon Timber Brown Ink, Dimensionals, Offray 1 1/2 ” Brown Ribbon, Pink Tissue Paper, Pink Candle, Orange Rhinestone Brad, Wire & Pencil to curl it.
