Make It To Go
I love little boxes. :P I do, to the point that one of my neighbours mentioned it, when I didn’t sign my name to a gift, they said to the recipient, ” For sure, it’s from Amy, she likes making boxes & stuff”. LOL
So here’s a little box, that you could put in treats, or messages or whatever!
There are several templates for Take-Out Food Boxes. I used a Coluzzle Template. But there are freebies from Mirkwood Designs–fabulous finds there!
To attach the handle. I used a flower stem wire attached by Making Memories Brad:
Inside are little ‘Fortune Cookie’ style treats. These were just a circle punch I used SU 1 3/4″, taped on 1 side & then puffed up in the middle, by bending. You could stick a little note in there fortune cookie style or something small.
This is two-sided DSP from Stampin’ Up. The Stamp is from Tim Holtz. Embossed in Versa mark ink then Kiwi Kiss Ink & Clear EP. The ovals are also Coluzzle templates.

[...] We are in the coldest days of winter here in Ottawa, with lots of homework for the kids & general spinning of the household. I am being just a bit lazy this week with cooking and that’s where the motivation came for 3D48, “Make It To Go” challenge came from. I am hoping you all will have some fun with this challenge of making a ‘Take Out’ Food Box & Fortune Cookies. If you would like links to some tutorials/free templates check out my blog. [...]
