Cheater Markers

The S.U. “In Colour” Shades or Stazon colours are fantastic, but one draw back is you can’t get a matching marker … I find this works alright if you’re in a pinch.

It’s just a different kind of stamp that you can pick up ink from a stamp pad & use to dot or minimally colour in, if you are very patient. I only use it to dot (or fix up a mistake). I bought it years ago from Heathers Stamping Haven in Ottawa.

I used it here to put some Pomegranate & Wasabi colour dots on the middle of the flowers. I also used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to line up the single Friendship blooms swirl 5 times, right side up & up side down. Kristina Werner once mentioned to use Stazon ink on the acetate paper for the stamp-a-ma-jig so the ink doesn’t run onto the card & make smug marks. I love that girl & all her helpful hints.

The flower is three cuts from S.U. 5-petal flower punch, attached with an eyelet.

The card folds over & attaches with those velcro dots (sewing supply stores)

It’s just an inexpensive tool, that works well. Those are the kind I like!
